Blunder purpose?

http://en.lichess.org/a1two6JT/white#35

I'm just curious to improve. It says #18 h3 was a blunder and I don't see why. The suggested move was Ke2 but that puts me next to the bishop, and the previous move moved the queen to defend that, so I don't see the point of doing that. It seemed like a neutral move.

So my two questions are why h3 was a blunder, and why Ke2 was better. My best hypothesis is that it kept me out of the way for the next Rd8 and saves my queen.

You are correct in your hypothesis. With h3 you lose your queen.
Queen pins are always great fun, unless you're on the receiving end ... this was learning the hard way I guess. Have a look at some Standard (ie no time limit) tactics problems on chesstempo.com, and you'll soon be avoiding (or dealing out) this sort of stuff. Good luck!
