Max rating range should be increased to 3200

Because of the filter I can't see players above 2900 rating in the graph and right now there are 2 players above that rating. Therefore when they try to seek for players there search is unavailable.

2900 also means 2900+, so no problems.

Then I have no idea. Mods ensured it works for infinity, but if it's not the case, it's a bug that should be fixed.
