Chess.com Scammed me out of winning $10,000USD in Players Leagues

Hello everyone I have decided to make this post on how Chess.com has treated me in the Players League on Chess.com which resulted in them excluding me from the tournament which resulted in me not being able to win the grand prize of $10,000USD or any other prize.

Chess.com introduced a Players leagues with a grand prize of $10,000USD and to get in to win this grand prize you needed to move up the divisions the divisions are Wood, Stone, Bronze, Silver, Crystal Elite and Champion each week the top in each group gets to move up to the next group get top 20 qualify for Wood 15 for Stone, 10, for Bronze, 5 for silver , 3 for crystal and 3 for elite.

I was first for my division on wood first in division for stone first for my division in Bronze and first in my division for Silver I had double the points that 2nd place had with 2 days left to go and when I woke up in the morning all my points were gone. I messaged a Mod call Martian Strall he would not give me a definite answer to why my points were removed me made a suggestion that my points may of been removed cause I was playing Simuls (multiple games at once) which is interesting as at the time there was no rules stated anywhere it was against the rules to play Simuls, furthermore it even gave you points for playing games in those simuls so how can you say it is against the rules when you gave points for them?. I then proceeded to ask him then why not all there Chess.com streamers who were playing simuls at the same time I was why were there points not removed? he did not respond to that.

In the forums I continued to say how my points were removed and nothing has been done about it and they would not respond to me then I saw Chess Brainiac13 stream himself playing simuls with around 700 viewers while knowing fully that is was against the rules and yet his defense was "that if everyone else is doing it so can I" he was intentionally playing people way lower rated than him and lost points while doing so and yet multiple complaints were made against this individual who continued to play simuls up to the 25th when it became official on the 19th that simuls were against the rules my points were removed on the 13th before it even became a rule. there were multiple other streamers and titled players who continued after I got my points removed continued to play simuls while tanking their points and intentionally playing lower rated players like GM Pengunim1 who lost around 500 or so rating points for rapid while play super low rated players.

Then around the 18th or so Cobyra Bytes released an official statement saying that anyone who has lost points to contract customer support for reimbursement for loss of points I contacted them they never responded. also it stated that players who have been playing simuls will not their points removed for all the hard work they put into them. then Another statement was release by Martian Strall saying that players who intentionally try and game the system will have their points removed eg playing lower rated players, doing simuls, tanking rating points etc. so then the tournament continued I was pushed all the way back to wood with no explanations and a zero chance to win any prizes yet others who continued to break the rules simply continued on with no punishment what so ever.

I will post links and screenshots to proof of players intentionally playing lower rated players and tanking their rating points while doing simuls and yet nothing happened them them.

In closing this tournament was a scam cause they mislead the public into thinking they had a chance to win $10,000USD when they had no chance at all as they did not apply the rules they did on others to their titled players and their Chess.com streamers. player leagues forum
