Carlsen versus Nepomniachtchi: FIDE World Championship Round 9

> Out of the current top players, only Andrei Esipenko and Andrei Volokitin can boast a positive record against Carlsen in classical games.
According to FIDE website, Esipenko has two wins, four draw and three losses against Carlsen, and Volokitin has only one draw.
I am not sure how that's positive records.
There was a bit disappointment from Nepo's side.....

But overall , a tough fight by both! And surely..... No exceptions..... Magnus is again the conquerer of the title!
Best wishes to both for their upcoming left matches!

Classical games. You're counting the rapid and blitz games from the World Cup as well in the case of Esipenko. Classical only is the one win at TATA Steel Chess this year, followed by two draws at the World Cup, making it +1=2-0.
