Auto draw after 300 moves

I am surely not be the first person to notice this: After 300 moves this game lichess.org/6tnf0KIZ was declared as a draw. Note that I avoided both threefold repetition and the 50 move rule.

Does lichess automatically declare a game drawn after 300 moves? If so, why?
uh, you might well be the first person to notice this

what were you doing?
It's not a bug, it's a feature. :)
The limitation is there so games do not take up too much storage space.
I guess a limit of 400 moves per game is slightly better than 300 moves.Let's say game is very long and not many exchanges are done and then in the endgame it is declared a draw, when there is a lot of space for play and find a winner?

I think there is 100 more moves needed for this case,as many games are automatically stopped when it needs only couple more moves to play.
It's not hard to actually search for the games that have gone the distance. Many games? my search gave me a little less than 300 games. Trying to include games that barely made it, because those excellent people didn't want miss the win ( i guess unlike that last time they tried), there are around 800 games from 275 to 300 moves.
Meaningful games that needed a couple more moves to be decided? El zilcho
