Funny part is that following has happened
- two parties have managed to settle the issues
- FIDE special task force has made its study to matter
What is missing FIDE itself make any ruling. they have had about half a year to react to task force finding - which obviously are not public

I was really hoping that they'd do it with Chess Boxing!

Chess dot com also settled with Hans and his account BuzzyBottomBoi03 has been reinstated.

Still all parties have been damaged to varying degrees - Carlsen should have been wiser as then World Champion, I am sure he will be more mature in the future.

Crushing the world nº1 and drawing against Nº2 with an outrageous nonsensical sacrifice that he wasn't able to explain at all in the post-mortem (because the engines were switch off) was clearly epic. What a chad.

Now let's think about the future; will the OTB chess world (the online game is doomed anyways) adopt sensible (intended to be actually efficient) anti-cheating measures or not? The amount of clown world people get is largely the one they tolerate or enable.

It'd be very interesting to know the terms of the settlement. No doubt this can never be revealed.
