Have been the victim of my friend who was anything but a master. I can tell you're instantly focusing on the pain of your joint. I'd day it's more than uncomfortable. You're getting out of the demo with a lot of respect.

The man is a head taller than her and possibly 30 pounds heavier. Throwing him through the air like this seems to defy physics.
In order not to give the attacker a second chance, quick, decisive and consistent action is required.
But how many years of training does it take to acquire these skills?

#4 lethwei is cool and has actual violence (practicioners won't freak out because they somewhat get punched lol) but lacks wrestling/grappling. Some altercations starts with the douche actually grabbing you. First UFC should have been an eye opener but no, some people still don't get the point.

For the rest, good luck stopping a grown physical man with your magical handwaving.
