AI art (plagiarism?)

is AI art plagiarism? I have just seen a lot of AI art recently (because it's so easy to make custom images) so I wanted to know what people think about this controversy.
Plagiarism. at least from an ethical point of view.

Most AIs operate on an elaborate learning system, able to access millions of sources in databases.

I did tests with several AI, asking them to make landscapes in the English style, late 18th century (like John Constable)

So I had to type these words, and in 1 to 3 minutes depending on the site, I had the image on the screen.

and I recognized a certain number of elements that we find in Constable' Style : village in the background, stormy or cloudy sky... but go and change a single contradictory element (like adding a car to this landscape), and the the result becomes much more imprecise, with something like a 5th tire on the car, blurred contours or even the landscape becoming less beautiful. the reason is that AI cannot create something unique, but only condense human knowledge. it is not impossible for AI to put a car in this late 18th century landscape. the problem is that it takes learning time or more sources. because the AI will search in its database, and the more specific you ask for something, the less convincing the result will be due to lack of source.

AI therefore cannot create something new, in the sense of original. because AI is not human, and does not have the personal touch that makes each artist unique.

a human artist will draw inspiration from the masters of the past to develop his artistic sense and his personality. AI has no personality, it is neither introverted nor extroverted, happy or sad...
