Is using fingers on touch screens forbidden in blitz?

touch screen players have an advantage that way but creating arrows is an advantage for the computer players. each side has an advantage.
Playing chess on Smartphone’s or Laptop’s do have its own advantages, but they’ve also sometimes bring bad advantage.Besides,Chess on Smartphone’s brings you more faster by swiping the screen and it also much easier. Moreover, playing chess on Laptop’s also have its own advantage but mostly a lot of ‘‘Mouse slip’’ happened while playing.
Okay, where is the Hyperlink to Never gonna give you up?
If i read this thread correctly, some people like moving pieces with their hands (on touch-screen) while others say, they were faster using something like a mouse.

Doesnt this resemble the discussion, if using a real board and pieces would be advantageous or disadvantageous to an electronic board, such as the ones top tournaments are using nowadays.

As a disabled person, i prefer to just announce my moves to a friend, who would then execute my move on whatever platform i am playing. Or does that satisfy the condition of using assistance? BTW: he doesnt play chess himself.
Mobile players be like: ..
@SlowSlug well if he doesn't think on the moves and you think all the moves for yourself and your friend only makes the move (but doesn't help/think) then I guess it's ok. After all chess is not about who has the best hand coordination. But if your friend helps you to decide the moves that will break toS. If you friend doesn't even play chess and ONLy moves then I think it's good.

I am not a mod so you should probably wait for an official reply.
