Why do people waste my time in classical?!

If artistic pawn shenanigans ain’t your thing, there’s always the option to go for the ultimate checkmate: mating with three bishops, knights or whatever that floats your boat.

I think you misunderstood me. They keep on playing in hopeless middlegame positions. Of course they would then deny me the fun endgame or checkmate.
Torture him.

Eventually his time will be short, then you will have the prey in your hands to play the way you want.

Only way it could be improved is if you didn't have the queen on c2 and the king was mated on c7. That would be pretty hard to orchestrate, though, at least without help from your opponent.

I make it my goal to checkmate them with a pawn in these situations. It never gets old to me.

So in the situations where you can't checkmate at all you checkmate with a pawn? Interesting thought.
Im old School, in club chess it was always seen as a sign of disrespect to play on in a hopeless position.

In the internet age though, you have to expect the worst. Some are so childish that they deliberately slow down to crawl just to be annoying. They do not know how to lose gracefully.

One of the young kids actually did it to me in an over the board game. He was too used to internet chess.
I was a queen up in an ending. So to let him know he should resign, I went around the room and found Six spare queens, and lined them up at the side of the board, all ready for when I promoted my pawns.

The spectators all started laughing, and the kid learned his lesson and resigned.
